Overall, good condition, no tears/folds although there are some superficial creases in the left corner (not on the picture), the print is on good thicker stock paper. There is a faint name and the artist's initials on the lower left side (along with his signature on the right side), and I think this was where the artist addressed/dedicated this print to an individual. There is one tiny, light spot in the bottom, under the title (not on picture). It comes in the original paper folder (the folder has creases/marks) from First Bank and comes with a small certificate to be placed on the back of the print, when framing. It will be shipped flat. Dimensions are approximate, but close - please see the pictures for measurements.
